Fordable is easy to deal with

I recently worked with Fordable to secure a home loan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the information gathering and process were incredibly easy and very clearly set out. They guided me through each step with clarity and professionalism, making what could have been a daunting process quite manageable. Communication along the way was excellent. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were promptly addressed. We met Stephen through some mutual friends and when we discovered he was able to assist us with our finance we were eager to see what savings he could achieve for us. He worked on finding a solution for us over 12mths, keeping us notified of options periodically as interest rates dropped throughout 2019. Stephen was so dedicated to finding us a solution, we never had to chase him for an update, and in the end we secured a 1.05% reduction in our interest rate. Stephen was recommended to me when I was inspecting a property and after our initial conversations, I wasn’t completely sold on using a broker. I approached a lender directly and realised home loan applications are not as straight forward as they have been in the past. Stephen stayed in touch and thankfully I decided to proceed with his service. After my initial experience with the lender I lost some confidence that I would be approved for a home loan however Stephen assisted me to find a lender who would accept my circumstances, I purchased a property and am now living in my own home.
