We did our land and construction loan through Smartline in Mackay. Ryan and Chrissy are the best in business. Our loan process was bit tricky due to location of land we bought and house we were going to built on - it is 15 hours drive away from where we work now . Because of this many other broker said it is imposaible to get loan as first home loan. However Ryan proved this wrong , we were successfully able to get both land and construction loan. Ryan and Chrissy both are very kind person and advice they give you like you are their family member. We were very new to property market and didnt knew much about it , however Ryan was more than happy to sit with me and explain things for as long as I wanted for , I could call him anytime and ask anything if i wasnt sure of . Ryan and Chrissy are always available on phone or email to discuss anything. Definately recommend Smartline Mackay for anyone, you wont be dissapointed.
