Maria didn't show professionalism

Maria was helping a family member and did not show the professionalism we expected. In getting the loan, she did not provide proper advice, used pressure tactics and denied any responsibility for the advice she gave. We lost our super because of her actions or lack of actions and denied any responsibility. One star is too much.

Poor customer service - post loan

On 09 May, I requested for valuation of my investment property through Maria who assured to get it done in a week. Am writing this review on 31 May and till now she didn't bother to get the valuation done (knew because the agent has never been contacted) and Maria doesn't bother to return my call. Not to my surprise, this is not the first time for me to experience such poor customer service. I regret now to have gone with Maria/Mortgage Choice and I don't recommend at all. Very very poor communication and customer service.
