Beyond Exceptional!! When all the major banks and a bunch of other incompetent brokers couldn't deliver on our refinancing, Con Tsimiklis and the team were the heroes we desperately needed and achieved what none of the others could. Even though we are based in Victoria, distance wasn't an issue and Con did everything to make this as smooth transition as possible, with exceptional service and professionalism even as i was blowing a fuse in my frustrations with the major banks.
