Carol worked tirelessly to ensure our loan settlement proceeded seamlessly, and even restructured our mortgage application when we needed to change our type of loan as we had not yet finalised our choice of a builder. On top of that we found Carol to be transparent and a perfectionist with making sure we secure a loan product we could afford with competitive interest rates.
