After 18 years with a major bank with appalling customer service (including refinancing) we had a number of renovation projects and cars to upgrade so we decided to go with a local broker. We had no luck with one recommended (but unresponsive) broker so we then looked elsewhere and made an appointment with Andrew. The first meeting was informative and and set a clear strategy on how to approach things. We progressively put things in place with the application with the team providing good advice. assistance (especially with a couple of issues) and patience (things took a bit longer than expected due to outside influences such a the recent floods) but ultimately we submitted a good application which was ultimately approved and this was largely guided by the team. Our new loan settled last week and work on the renovations are now under way and a new car is on order. Highly appreciative of the advice, assistance and support with the application process and settlement and our plans are now becoming a reality.
